- Business options and forecast review as part of a court-led shareholder disassociation process for a UAE-based conglomerate (50+ entities) operating in various industries including contracting, automotive, travel, etc. This involved developing a clear roadmap for the disassociation, outlining key considerations, and assessing the potential impact of each option on the overall return for each shareholder.
