- Financial and operational analysis for medical device manufacturing business units responsible for greater than $100 million of annual production value, with a focus on labor efficiency and cost
Prior to joining Ankura, Matthew worked at Huron Consulting Group in the healthcare performance improvement practice and at Boston Scientific in the corporate finance and operations group.
