Peter has led multiple enterprise projects in application migrations, disaster recovery planning and execution, and process improvement. His clients’ industries have included healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, and insurance.

Prior to Ankura, Peter held positions in sales, sales engineering, and project and program management. He led client implementation engagements at a data center/disaster recovery provider, as well as running software/website development.

Peter’s professional experience includes:

• Program Management, Publicly Held Healthcare Company: Developed and reported on monthly program level metrics to senior leadership, including reports presented to the board of directors for the client’s largest program investment. Led multi-disciplinary team to report program progress to board sponsored oversight committee. Additionally, developed a playbook to introduce the client’s program management office into the program.
• Project Management for e-Commerce and Data Security Engagement: Led e-commerce initiative for a hospitality organization to rebuild their online billing system, which accounted for the majority of the company’s income. The project provided the client with a more secure and flexible e-commerce solution.
• Project Management, Retail Pharmaceutical Company: Led a multi-site, interdisciplinary team to plan, build, and migrate a Fortune 100 company’s retail application to the company’s main data center. This project supported a large-scale divestiture of the previous data center space and helped realize cost savings to the client as well as consolidate their datacenter footprint.
• Project Management, Insurance Company: Led the planning, creation, and execution of a large scale disaster recovery program for an insurance company’s most critical clients. The project involved multi-site, multi-disciplinary coordination between executive stakeholders and their teams. As a result of this project, the client was able to serve a critical deliverable to its most important clients, which led to much improved client satisfaction.
• Program Management, Healthcare Company: Managed a large scale data and technology migration for a major healthcare data consolidation company. Led program coordination across all major information technology groups and business stakeholders which provided the client cost savings and the enablement of future business growth.
