• Developed and led the company’s strategy to deliver new analytic platforms, solutions, and software development to market, including application for a U.S. patent published in 2022.
• Integrated communications and strategic focus across analytics, technology, business development, and sales efforts.
• Led the translation and implementation of the company’s unique analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies and effectiveness in support of client objectives and priorities.

Legal and Business Advisor for Clients Across the Healthcare and Life Sciences Spectrum:

• Advised on complex health plan and hospital matters supporting a nationwide integrated delivery system with over 12 million members, with an emphasis on health care regulatory, compliance, hospital operational, and patient care issues.
• Partnered with clients to minimize risk, legal, and reputational exposure in developing new service lines and offerings, opening new departments, and strategizing actions to maximize healthcare quality outcomes and minimize patient risk.
