Two Ankura Professionals Recognized in the 2019 Edition of Who’s Who Legal Insurance & Reinsurance Expert Witnesses

Based in Ankura’s Chicago office, Mr. McGrath is a member of the firm’s global disputes and economics practice. Mr. McGrath supports clients facing significant challenges with product liabilities, mass torts, environmental pollution, and class action lawsuits. Additionally, he provides world class data analytics, damage allocation modeling, future liability forecasting, predictive modeling, and claims management services to companies facing complex or high-volume liability claims.

Mr. O’Toole brings extensive experience in forensic accounting as well as the measurement and preparation of losses relating to business interruptions, property damage, cyber breaches, product recalls, product liability, and fidelity claims.
