Elizabeth Fitzpatrick Joins Ankura Consulting as Managing Director

Addition Enhances Forensics Capabilities of Business Advisory Firm’s Investigations & Accounting Advisory Group


Washington, DC – Thursday, April 13, 2017 – Ankura Consulting (Ankura) announced today the appointment of Elizabeth Fitzpatrick as Managing Director. Based in the New York office, Ms. Fitzpatrick will practice with the firm’s Investigations & Accounting Advisory group.

Elizabeth Fitzpatrick joins the ranks of Ankura’s business advisory team with more than 15 years in the audit and forensic accounting industry, where she specializes in internal and forensic investigations, financial reporting issues, financial restatements and litigation support. She has led a variety of forensic accounting engagements, including assisting companies undergoing internal investigations, providing technical accounting support, drafting expert reports, and preparing witnesses for SEC and trial testimony.

She has significant Foreign Corrupt Practice Act investigative, compliance and monitorship experience in a broad range of industries including the pharmaceutical, medical device, commodities and construction industries in Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific, where she was based for four years. Ms. Fitzpatrick was most recently a managing director at FTI Consulting, based in Hong Kong and Washington, DC.
