As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we understand that you, your families and colleagues are in unchartered territory and that there is uncertainty surrounding what is yet to come. Most importantly, we want to take a moment to wish everyone well. We sincerely hope that you, those close to you and your colleagues are safe. Our hearts are with those who have been impacted by this global pandemic.

This is a situation that presents new and dynamic challenges for us all, and we at Ankura, more than ever, are prepared to help you navigate these unexpected and complex times. Like many others around the world, we are closely monitoring the situation while actively responding to developments that have the potential to impact our key priorities: the safety of our personnel and the continuity of our service to you. We are balancing these priorities by taking the following actions to modify the ways we work, communicate and serve you:

  • The formation of a dedicated COVID-19 task force that is monitoring the evolving situation in real-time and taking proactive steps to protect our colleagues and support client needs;
  • Effective as of this past Sunday, March 15, activating remote working for all our personnel, including continuing to compensate our administrative staff, to abide by the social distancing measures advocated by health authorities around the world;
  • Providing virtual alternatives to any planned meetings or events involving clients or postponing these interactions to reduce face-to-face contact;
  • Having our personnel avoid non-essential international and domestic business travel and limiting inter-office visits;
  • Expanding our knowledge and understanding of the dynamic COVID-19 pandemic and making our insights available as a resource to clients and the market at large.

Our firm was built to be a mobile workforce and we are confident we have the necessary resources to work effectively away from our physical offices. We believe that leveraging this capability now is the most appropriate way to deal with this unprecedented situation and to ensure that you can continue to count on us. While we can control only so much, we remain focused on maintaining our commitment to you by delivering the high-quality solutions you have come to expect from Ankura.
