Alex Veopaseuth is a Managing Director at Ankura. He provides risk management, claim and dispute resolution services related to time-management, programming and delay analysis. He provides customised solutions to clients engaged in construction projects across all sectors of industry.

Experience

Alex has helped resolve disputed construction project claims related to contract and insurance matters. He has produced claims and expert reports on delay matters for arbitration, dispute adjudication boards, and litigation assisting tribunals and panels. He has also prepared and negotiated claims for insurance recovery under policies such as delay in start-up, contractors all risk and business interruption. Alex has led construction risk assessments and project audits for both owners/employers and contractors.

  • Expert appointment by the employer for the preparation of delay analysis expert reports in the context of a dispute adjudication board for a nuclear fusion power project, including oral evidence under cross-examination and hot-tubbing.

  • Expert appointment by the employer for the preparation of delay analysis in the context of a DSU claim submission, and expert appointment for the preparation of a detailed delay analysis in preparation for arbitration on contractual matters related to a coal-fired power plant in Asia.
