Amanda’s professional experience includes:

• Program Leadership, Global Energy Company: Served as the interim Project Management Office (PMO) Manager for a Fortune 500 client. Amanda led the implementation of several new processes to improve project and program efficiency and adoption within the organization.
• Business Optimization and Strategic Planning, Healthcare Company: Consulted with executive team to identify the company’s strategic goals and support the execution of multiple strategic initiatives, including an organizational effectiveness assessment, workforce adjustment planning, and Board communications design.
• Strategic Planning, Internal Recruiting: Led the internal senior leadership team through the refinement and implementation of a recruiting strategy that was more efficient and better integrated with broader organizational needs. Her efforts helped increase the number of quality candidates in the recruiting pipeline and optimized the new-hire onboarding process.
• Program Leadership, Healthcare Company: Led a strategic joint- venture initiative for a Fortune 500 client, working with representatives from both companies to meet key milestones. Amanda collaborated closely with executive leadership to communicate program risks and issues, and to fulfill success.
• Program Leadership, Healthcare Management and Operations (Multiple Clients): Provided project management and analytical expertise to effectively manage complex ICD-10 initiatives through the delivery of project documentation and the facilitation of complex problem-solving meetings.
• Strategic Planning, Building Products: Developed a five-year strategic plan for a Fortune 500 company in collaboration with the client’s leadership team. Amanda created a strategic IT roadmap and the framework for IT strategic planning.
• Business Process Optimization: Acted as project manager on a billing consolidation project, including an enterprise data warehouse (EDW) implementation. Amanda worked with the solutions development office to create a Microsoft project plan for all the interfaces, reports, and custom program activities to be migrated. She also facilitated sessions with 16 business areas and report developers.
• Program Leadership, Telecommunications Companies (Multiple Clients): Managed the implementation of two CRM order-capturing technologies. She led a team of resources to build long-term evolution (LTE) products and rules in Oracle, utilizing Siebel CRM applications as part of the product launch.
