Andrew K. G. Hildreth, PhD is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura based in London with more than 25 years of experience in matters relating to competition, antitrust, regulatory issues, labor and employment, and complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
Andrew has worked with a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations in industries such as pharmaceutical, telecommunication, industrial chemical, energy including nuclear, construction, transport, education, and luxury goods and services. His work involves complex economic and statistical modeling involving the management of large teams of consultants, liaising with attorneys and clients, and modeling and predicting potential outcomes with large and complex datasets.
Prior to joining Ankura, he was a professor of economics, research director at the Census Research Data Center, and professorial researcher at the Survey Research Center at the University of California-Berkeley. Prior to that, he held various roles in the consulting firms CRA International, Alix Partners LLP, and Alvarez Marsal. Andrew also started his own consulting practice. He was formerly an expert for the US Department of Justice concerning exchange rate fixing. He was also an expert for Atofina concerning allegations of price-fixing in the PVC hardeners industry against the Department of Justice. He was an expert for the European Commission concerning estimating the effects of the Single Market measures in 1996.
