Donald L. Martin, PhD, is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura based in Washington, DC. He has more than 30 years of experience serving as an economic consultant and testifying expert in antitrust, intellectual property, and commercial contract disputes.
Dr. Martin has testified as an economic expert before federal and state courts, the US Court of International Trade, the US Court of Claims, and the International Trade Commission, and in arbitration proceedings. He has represented clients in economic presentations to the staff at the Federal Trade Commission and at the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice, and before the European Commission.
