    • Maritime Link Project, East Coast, Canada: Lead assistant to the testifying expert in the preparation of an expert report, regarding the project delays and the acceleration measures, for the matter of an arbitration proceeding between the main contractor and a subcontractor. This matter was settled prior to hearings with favorable settlement values.
    • Four Synchronous Condensers, Riel Station, Manitoba, Canada: Lead assistant to the testifying expert in the preparation of an expert report, regarding the project delays, for the matter of an arbitration proceeding. This matter was settled prior to hearings with favorable settlement values.
    • Women’s College Hospital, Toronto, Canada: Lead assistant to the testifying expert in the preparation of an expert report, regarding the project delays, for the matter of litigation between the main contractor and a subcontractor. This matter was settled out of court with favorable settlement values.
    • U.S.$15 Billion, Clean Fuels Project, Kuwait: Provided engineering and construction claims management services. Dealt with complicated technical and contractual issues.
    • U.S.$300 Million, Tank Farm Project: MAA Refinery, Kuwait: Provided engineering and construction claims management services.
    • LRT Project, Boston, MA: Provided delay analysis services.
    • Garage for subway trains, Montreal, Canada: Provided delay analysis and claims management services.
