Her work has also involved allocating claims to historical insurance policies, document production, evaluating risk-mitigation strategies, supporting settlement negotiations, and preparing expert reports.
Over the course of her career, she has supported clients across industries in diverse matters, from environmental pollution, asbestos injuries, and chemical exposure cases to medical device product liability and other product recalls and railroad FELA claims.
