Mark Cappellino is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, based in Nashville, with multinational experience in executive leadership and organizational development. An executive coach and consultant for more than 20 years, he works with leaders to enhance their influence and heighten their impact at the intersection of culture and strategy. Mark’s firsthand executive experience and his training in organizational psychology inform his unique, highly effective approaches to elevating performance at the highest corporate levels.
Mark joined Ankura with its 2018 acquisition of c3/Consulting, where he guided C-suite teams toward optimal performance. Before c3, he had founded and led Primary Leadership, a consultancy focused on C-suite coaching, where he developed workout methods for accelerated improvements among high-performing teams. Retained by boards of directors as well as by individual executives, Mark has worked with Bridgestone, Dollar General, EviCore Healthcare, John Deere, Kroll, MissionPoint, Microsoft, and Walmart, among other clients.
Mark had previously served as the director of worldwide organizational development for Franke Foodservice Systems, where he led a team of leadership consultants and coaches in the design of customized programs for individual leaders, operating presidents, and all corporate staff across operations in Asia, Europe, and the US. He had earlier founded the Alignment Group, a boutique consulting firm that specialized in management-culture change, team building, and performance-based bonus programs. Mark began his career in manufacturing.
