In this role, he oversaw process design and execution, performed enterprise logistics analytics, and led crisis‑management efforts to maintain production continuity. Earlier in his tenure, he served as a supply chain optimization analyst acting as an internal consultant, designing safety‑stock algorithms, supporting application development for modernized inventory management practices, and developing analytics‑driven tools to improve operational performance.
