Andrew Scriven

Andrew has experience leading in-court and out-of-court restructurings, liability management transactions, and other capital markets transactions. Andrew focuses on advising lender groups, board of directors, private equity sponsors and companies navigating distressed situations.

Andrew was formerly the Global Head of Restructuring and Portfolio Manager at Aegon Asset Management, where he led in- and out-of-court restructurings efforts of stressed and distressed credits for a $20 billion leveraged finance platform across the U.S. and Europe.
