Beth Micena is a Managing Director at Ankura based in Fairfield. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in commercial loan operations and extensive expertise in syndications, capital markets, and middle market loan operations.
Experience
Prior to Ankura, Beth worked at People’s United Bank where she built their new loan agency booking and servicing teams. She led comprehensive enterprise changes to create a best in class servicing organization. This included implementing a loan accounting infrastructure and servicing platform. Beth previously held leadership roles at GE Capital where she specialized in middle market loan operations and developed and executed strategic initiatives, including extensive divestiture activity. She has experience in multiple lending products, ABL, sponsor, multi-currency, and bi-lateral lending and servicing.
