Brandon Clark is a consultant and Senior Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice focusing on executing capital-intensive projects and initiatives across a broad spectrum of industries with some of the world’s most distinguished organizations. Brandon works with leadership teams to deliver fit-for-purpose applications of the Execution Certainty™ approach to support the achievement of their most critical business objectives.
Experience
Brandon’s consulting experience covers projects over a broad spectrum of industries including hospitality, technology, energy greenfield and brownfield megaprojects, heavy construction, facilities, power plants, oil sands recovery, petrochemical, and precious metals mining. He has supported owners, contractors, and private equity groups on global, full-lifecycle projects valued in excess of $1 billion.
Brandon works with clients and their teams to devise innovative solutions that integrate with and amplify their work, including enhancing customer experience and performance leadership, streamlining operations, surpassing ambitious growth targets, and successfully delivering megaprojects safely, on time, and within budget.
