Camille Linton is a Managing Director at Ankura with over 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. She specializes in financial advisory services on matters ranging from management consulting and capital planning to operational improvement and restructuring. Camille also provides real estate and construction claims analysis and dispute resolution support services in federal, state, and international venues involving issues related to damage analysis and professional practice standards. She has expertise spanning all real property types including residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, mining, and land development.
Experience
Camille advises senior management teams of public and private real estate companies or companies with significant real estate holdings, multi-national construction contractors, lenders, and private equity funds on matters such as due diligence, real estate development, real estate operations, real estate finance, and workouts/restructurings. She also serves as financial advisor to debtors and creditors that require turnaround or restructuring, both in and out of court. Camille was involved in over $20 billion of real estate workouts during the Great Recession. On construction related matters, Camille works with project owners, contractors, subcontractors, and A/E firms on a variety of projects including turnkey (EPC) contracts.
Prior to joining Ankura, Camille was part of a management consultancy firm, a turnaround and restructuring firm, and a multinational professional services firm.
