Chris Baldridge is a Senior Director at Ankura based in Nashville with over a decade of experience managing projects and programs in the military, public, and private sectors. Chris has worked across multiple industries to bring execution and planning to a range of projects including engineering development, software implementation, and equipment modernization. He leveraged his knowledge as an internal consultant with a technology startup to scale manufacturing, optimize logistics, and demand planning as well as to refine project management office (PMO) standards for an established software organization.

Experience

Chris’ professional experience includes:

  • Process Improvement Project, Global Tire Manufacturer: Leads optimization efforts to decrease go-to-market timelines for new products as well as existing product releases and enhancements. Chris is driving analysis of available improvement concepts, facilitating planning and phased approach development, and managing project teams to implement desired changes while ensuring successful delivery of tool, process, and recommendation-based deliverables.
  • Program Management, Global Software & Service Company: Managed software and service value streams for customers in both public and private sectors as a global software developer. Within the organization, Chris led diverse development teams for custom software applications as well as implementation of existing utilities management software. Additionally, he directed change management efforts for client teams and ensured buy-in across the enterprise and successful adoption of new software. 
  • Operations Management, Startup Communications Company: Pioneered the operations management role where he implemented and managed key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations organization to measure and improve production capability and scale. Additionally, Chris led process optimization teams in delivery logistics, demand planning, and raw goods inventory management.
  • Strategic Planning, Healthcare-Based Non-Profit: Facilitated the strategic planning conversation for a healthcare-based non-profit with a focus impact in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Identified key value propositions and gaps in industry support for the initiative as well as opportunity for the organization to support those gaps. Led key-funding initiatives and campaign-based awareness campaigns.
