• Implementation and enhancement of protocols for forensic data collection at one of the Big 4 companies throughout the EMEA region.
• Management of a team of e-discovery experts, ensuring that the quality of work is consistently upheld and all inherent risks are addressed.
• Led the e-discovery process for a multimillion-pound lawsuit regarding a contract breach of duties for one of the largest energy corporations in the world.
• Developed and executed e-discovery processes on a large data breach matter involving both government and royal affairs.
• Oversaw the examination into the breach of European Union competition laws. This issue concerned the cooperation of prominent automotive producers and their pricing strategies.
• Assisted a technology firm in their defense of an alleged contractual data use breach.
