• Led efforts to define and develop a monitoring solution for compliance officers of a large pharmaceutical company with a goal of proactively identifying potentially problematic communications between company sales associates and medical professionals.
• Developed a bespoke eDiscovery solution allowing a large corporate client to leverage prior work product from 100+ prior investigations and matters in near real-time based on matter type and project needs.
• Led the execution of a large, automated document classification project for a Global 50 company complying with a subpoena from a regulatory agency within a compressed time frame. This classification project resulted in a 67% cost savings, allowing the company to comply with significantly fewer review resources while maintaining very high-quality results – 92.3 percent precision and 99.8 percent recall.
