Christine Ishak

Prior to Ankura, as a supply chain consultant, Christine designed warehouses and large-scale distribution networks for the largest Canadian food and drug retailer. She also worked at a multibillion-dollar global semi-conductor capital equipment company in Silicon Valley, focusing on manufacturing quality and customer operations. After spending time in a boutique software development house in marketing and business process management, Christine took a role in the IT organization at an international consulting firm where she spent 13 years developing her career in managing teams and programs in the areas of IT cybersecurity and service management.

Christine’s professional experience includes:

• Leading global IT teams responsible for the IT service management processes across all disciplines including service strategy, asset management, access management, cybersecurity, change management, and business continuity.
• Performing, evaluating, and delivering risk assessments.
• Redesigning, automating, and implementing program, process, and technology changes that resulted in reduction and significant improvements in service request turnaround time and quality, reduction in audit findings, and increase in data accuracy.
• Serving as the Information Security Management System (ISMS) officer for the global IT operation of a Big 4 organization.
• Designing, developing, and delivering training for large scale programs and implementations.
• Managing the software release process, mitigating gaps to minimize product delays, analyzing business requirements to deliver organizational objectives, and improve product visibility and placement for a boutique software development company in the chip design industry.
