Cindy Bridges is a Senior Director at Ankura, based in Nashville. Her professional experience includes:

  • Technology Solution Evaluation, Global Automotive Manufacturer: Led the North America business team to define requirements for supply-chain planning and inventory optimization subsequently used in requests for information sent to vendors. Cindy guided the evaluation of proposed software solutions and the making of the business case for the top-rated solution.
  • Program Management and Process Optimization, Large Academic and Research Medical Center: Served as research operations program manager for the implementation of electronic medical records, efforts that emcompassed system build, a vendor system upgrade, data and system conversions, and change management, among others. Cindy developed the plan, schedule, and templates to redesign more than 50 research operational processes.
  • Project Management, Post-Acute Healthcare Management Services Company: Oversaw documentation requirements, development, QA testing, user acceptance testing, and production release for IT releases implemented at 61 hospitals and a physician’s group practice.
  • Process Optimization, Post-Acute Healthcare Management Services Company: Defined business needs and led the selection and implementation of a resource allocation and task assignment tool for utilization management.
  • Project Management, Post-Acute Healthcare Management Services Company: Implemented Compliance 360 incident management at 71 hospital sites to comply with regulations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on a bundled payment initiative.
  • Project Management, Retail Pharmaceutical Company and Healthcare Clinic Organization: Managed the $1.8 million ICD-10 coding compliance project for the client with over 370 locations. Cindy developed the IT project plan and oversaw four teams on each development cycle. She also tracked capital and operating expenses and reported on the budget.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) Development, Convenience Store and Oil Refining Organization: Led the creation of the office, training teams on project management techniques and establishing processes, procedures, and templates. Cindy guided 200 projects from inception through post-mortem reviews, and both developed and facilitated business-change boards responsible for approving and prioritizing all IT projects.
  • Project Management, Global Energy Management Company: Supported the SAP installation for purchasing, financial shared services, and eight manufacturing locations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. These efforts included managing the resource plan, recruitment tracking and financial forecast for a project team of more than 250 people, and auditing deliverables.
  • Process Optimization, Global Energy Management Company: Defined the process and managed SAP roles and access for 3,200 users. Cindy developed and enforced user access and approval processes authenticated by internal auditors, and also analyzed and resolved issues in collaborations with IT professionals in France and India.
  • Project Management, Global Energy Management Company: Managed the implementation of a purchase order system, an initiative that included creating the business requirements, writing technical specifications, coordinating testing, and supporting the post-implementation warranty period.
