Eileen Ruchman is a Senior Director at Ankura with over 20 years of consulting experience. During her tenure, she has led organizations through strategic, operational, and cultural change. She has headed multiple enterprise-level initiatives including strategic planning, change management, employee engagement, leadership development, diversity, and cultural transformation. She has collaborated with clients across a broad range of fields such as healthcare, manufacturing, banking, and education, and has co-authored numerous research articles for both medical and academic journals.

Eileen has led numerous project teams and coached leaders and executives through complex transitions. She successfully applies a structured methodology to guide the interpersonal aspects of a process, system, or organizational change. Her commitment to relationship building and communication enables her to empower leaders to manage change, accelerate results, and become a trusted advisor.
Prior to joining Ankura in 2019, Eileen was an independent business consultant who led engagements with global, national, and local clients.
Eileen’s professional experience includes:
- Performance Management Strategy Implementation, Finance Industry: Led a cross-functional task force to align performance management system with strategic vision. Created corporate and individual performance goals aligned to organizational strategy. Effectively cascaded goals throughout organization and developed performance management toolkits. Conducted leadership and executive coaching sessions. Applied a succession planning methodology for critical roles, established a mentoring program, and developmental opportunities for high potential employees. Designed customized departmental training to build high functioning teams.
- Change Management, Healthcare Services: Collaborated with leadership team to develop and execute a change management strategy to support the implementation of a new operating model.
