Faye Yeo

Faye’s experience includes over 10 appointments as a quantum expert on matters relating to damages, direct loss and/or expense, loss of profit claims, and valuation of variations.

She has given evidence under cross-examination as well as expert witness conferencing (hot-tubbing) in arbitration hearings.

Faye is competent and well-versed in reporting, has significant experience in the assessment of contentious claims such as claims for prolongation costs, and complicated variations.

• Airport Development, Malaysia: Provided expert evidence in relation to the loss and expense claims by the main contractor arising from delay and disruption.
• Infrastructure Project, Singapore: Appointed Quantum expert and testified on disputed final account and variations between the main contractor and the civil subcontractor.
• Addition and Alteration works to Petrochemical Plant, Singapore: Appointed Quantum expert in a Singapore High Court proceeding between the main contractor and the subcontractor.
• Hotel and Casino Development Macau: Appointed Quantum expert in a dispute between the main contractor and the fire protection services subcontractor on disputed final account and variations.
• Commercial Building Development, Singapore: Appointed Quantum expert and testified in an arbitration proceeding between the M&E contractor and the electrical works subcontractor.
• Offshore Platform Construction EPC Project, South Korea: Quantum team lead in an arbitration on the evaluation of the physical progress of the platform fabrication at the time of termination between the owner and the South Korean builder.
