Gabrielle Huffstutler is a Managing Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice. Gabrielle has over 20 years of experience in coaching and leading programs to support individuals and organizations in meeting their most strategic priorities. This includes advancing women in leadership roles, as well as creating environments in which women can elevate their impact and thrive.

Gabrielle brings deep compassion, understanding, and a keen ear to her work and has been instrumental in helping women overcome inevitable challenges, become more effective and fulfilled in their professional and personal lives, and achieve meaningful and lasting results.
In her adjunct role as a Director for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™, Gabrielle supports leaders and their teams to come together, provide horizontal leadership, and deliver on their high-stakes and complex initiatives. She has worked in partnership with clients in diverse industries throughout the world, including food and beverage, energy, technology, and health care.
Gabrielle is a highly skilled listener and effective facilitator and can quickly gain the confidence of senior leaders, while providing valued insight and guidance on their path to success.
