John has brought his expertise to elevating operational performance in the production and maintenance of multibillion-dollar assets, including engineering, procurement, and construction projects. He has partnered with executives in delivering their projects on time, within budget, and with award-winning safety records. John has worked with clients in oil and gas, mining, forest products, pulp and paper, energy, construction, and manufacturing throughout the United States and Canada, as well as Australia, India, Kazakhstan, Qatar, and New Zealand.
John also has over 20 years’ experience as a program leader in personal leadership development, facilitating programs and workshops on topics such as performance work redesign, process simplification, front-line leadership, and work team improvements.
