- Strategic Marketing Programs (Fortune 100 Healthcare Management Firm): Developed and executed strategic marketing programs ($2 million operating budget), including campaign development, lead generation, and content creation. Collaborated with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership, including white papers and case studies for Becker’s and ACHE.
- Program Management (Fortune 100 Healthcare System): Designed and coordinated programs to support execution of enterprise nursing strategy across 185 hospitals. Managed governance structure (chaired by CEO and CNO), including facilitating executive steering and council meetings.
