Experience
As a consultant to the world’s largest oil and gas companies across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Larry has worked on onshore and offshore megaproject performance (LNG, GBS, topsides, chemical plants, pipelines, oil sands, brownfield, and greenfield), cost-reduction initiatives, and post-merger integration. Regardless of the complexity or duration, Larry enthusiastically partners with clients to ensure multibillion-dollar projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with superb safety and quality outcomes.
An engaging leader, Larry has an innate ability to connect with people of different levels and backgrounds, which enables him to foster the trust, confidence, communication, and collaboration that are essential for successful performance on complex projects and initiatives.
