Throughout his career, Manish has played a pivotal role in building and scaling offshore valuation practices, first at Navigant/Guidehouse and later at Ankura, where he helped establish Ankura Consulting India as the EMEA/APAC subsidiary. He is recognized for combining technical excellence with people-first leadership, mentoring teams, and driving global collaboration. His portfolio includes recurring valuations of billion-dollar hedge fund investments, business enterprise valuations worth over $1.5 billion, and the application of advanced methodologies, such as Monte Carlo simulation and option pricing models. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and continues to shape the valuation landscape with analytical precision, industry insight, and inclusive leadership.

Noteworthy examples of his professional experience include:

• Conducted monthly valuations for over $1 billion of hedge fund investments in private companies across industries, such as technology, commercial and residential real estate, hospitality, travel and tourism, clean energy, telecommunications, data center colocation, retail, satellite and spacecraft, financial services, and manufacturing, for ASC 820 purposes.
• Performed quarterly valuations of approximately $1 billion of hedge fund investments in private companies for International Financial Reporting Standard 9 reporting.
• Completed a business enterprise valuation of a hospitality company worth $1.5 billion, allocating value using the option pricing method, and separately valued profit interests based on performance vesting through Monte Carlo simulation.
• Performed valuation of performance‑based CEO compensation under arbitration, including stock options, performance units, and relative total shareholder return linked to the S&P 500 and Russell 3000 index.

In addition, Manish has performed numerous business enterprise valuations and common stock valuations for privately held venture-backed companies.

Earlier in his career, Manish worked with Ernst & Young in Gurgaon and EXL Services in Bangalore, where he honed his skills in business enterprise valuation, intangible asset valuation, and complex securities analysis.
