Scope of integration included all network, end user computing, and telephony integration for more than 70 physical locations and over 5,000 users
- Process Optimization and Team Facilitation, Automotive Manufacturer: Led cross functional facilitated requirements and solution discovery sessions for a global automotive manufacture to redesign and improve the process and technology for managing and disposing of manufacturing assets held by a network of suppliers
- Program and Change Leadership, Healthcare Company: Partnered with a private equity backed healthcare organization to lead key growth initiatives created to quadruple revenues within two years. Initiatives included, operational, clinical, and human resources analytics program design, development, and implementation, payor contracting process design and technology implementation, training program development, and software selection as well as managing the implementation of the company’s first intranet page.
- Integration Management, Hospital Corporation: Partnered with leaders across multiple work streams to drive priority integration program initiatives during the merger of two healthcare organizations; initiatives focused on change leadership, financial system implementation, and physician practice management
- Sales Program Management, Commercial Construction Manufacturer: Managed 2015 divisional project sales portfolio of $75 million to $100 million in mechanical value for 11 US states, Central America, and Mexico consisting of 36 local territory managers and sales managers; achieved 17% increase in sales over initial benchmarks
- Process Optimization, Commercial Construction Manufacturer: Led the transformation from an account focused sales model to a project management focused model for a global industrial manufacturer. Responsibilities included managing the process design and implementation of new technologies and processes for a domestic and international division of sales professionals
- Program Management, Military: Led planning and coordination of pre-deployment training with military and contract agencies; enabled 90 personnel to successfully complete five months of classroom, simulated, and hands-on instruction at home and abroad covering techniques on defeating improvised explosive devices (IEDs), intelligence analysis, and Afghanistan culture
- Program Management, Military: Established budget procedures and tools implemented and utilized by multiple cost centers for a $500 thousand annual budget; resulted in a 30% reduction in operational costs for division of US Army
