- Discovery Management, Social Media Company: Coordinated a team of 10 professionals in the collection and processing of three terabytes of data, the review of more than six million documents, and the production of 350,000 documents and one million pages for a client responding to multiple U.S. federal, state attorney general, and international government requests. Data collection included emails, network shares, chat, and mobile data.
- E-discovery Project Management, IRS Tax Litigation: Coordinated data collection of 60 custodians in Malaysia and Thailand.
- Document Production, Retailer: Coordinated the exports of 15 million documents for a client involved in multidistrict litigation. Provided Relativity review support on 30 million documents for a joint defense team.
- Internal Investigation Support, Technology Company: Worked with outside counsel to process urgent email data. Advised on culling and workflow strategies to streamline the review in order to find the most relevant and key evidence faster.
- Data Management, Energy Company: Assisted the client’s efforts to meet both a FTC HSR request and Canada Competition Bureau filing deadlines for merger review and approval. Managed the collection and processing of 1.5 terabytes of data, advised counsel on methodologies to reduce review population by 60 percent, and coordinated the production of 1.6 million documents in eight weeks.
