Peggy Williams

Seventeen years ago, Peggy identified a pivotal opportunity to elevate female leaders and has been passionate in that pursuit. During this journey, she has been instrumental in creating the firm’s Advancement of Women practice. This work has supported some of the largest multinational organizations in achieving their aspirations to advance female leaders, as well as fostering workplaces in which inclusion for all is fundamental.

Peggy has worked directly with thousands of female leaders from 39 different countries. She understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities at both the individual and organizational level. She has a deep appreciation for what is needed to not only retain these women and have them succeed when promoted, but ensure they make a unique contribution to their institution’s success.

As a humanitarian, Peggy has led empowerment workshops for chronically unemployed women to help break the cycle of poverty and incarceration. In partnership with Dress for Success Denver for its mission of supporting women to achieve economic independence, Peggy fundraised to launch a mobile vehicle service for women in need throughout the state of Colorado.
