Tim Cradock is a Managing Director at Ankura based in Hong Kong. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and has been employed in the construction industry for over 20 years’ in and around Asia, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
Experience
Tim has extensive experience in quantum matters encountered in construction works including the valuation of disputed variations, extension of time and termination claims and has a broad portfolio of international project experience in major infrastructure works such as rail and road projects, high-rise and mixed-use facilities, power plants and LNG pipelines.
Tim has been appointed as an Expert on a number of occasions in Hong Kong and has been cross-examined in arbitration proceedings.
