Addition Strengthens Capabilities of Business Advisory Firm’s Turnaround & Restructuring Group

Washington, DC – April, 27, 2017 – Ankura Consulting (Ankura) announced today the appointment of Isaac Lee as Managing Director. Based in the Los Angeles office, Mr. Lee will practice with the firm’s Turnaround & Restructuring group.

Isaac Lee joins the ranks of Ankura’s business advisory team with more than 20 years’ experience executing a broad range of recapitalization, restructuring, M&A, and corporate finance transactions. He has also advised on operational restructuring and liquidity management initiatives, as well as handled in-court and out-of-court issues for companies, debtors, lenders, creditors, financial sponsors and hedge funds.

Mr. Lee joins Ankura from PricewaterhouseCooper’s, where, as the Western Region market leader, he was responsible for senior execution of advisory engagements, including the development and negotiation of restructuring plans, overseeing sale auctions, and managing operational restructuring and liquidity management initiatives. Previously, he worked for the investment banking and advisory firm, Moelis & Company, in their Recapitalization and Restructuring Group where he advised clients on restructuring, M&A and financing engagements in various industries including automotive, consumer products, media, industrials and retail.
