We perform independent progress reviews, schedule and cost health checks, and lender reporting – including draw reviews – to provide objective assurance that projects are advancing in line with plan and budget.

We provide embedded support to general contractors on mission-critical projects – including schedule development, logic validation, and long-lead tracking – to improve schedule predictability and support clear, executive-level reporting tied to key commercial milestones.

We conduct ongoing monitoring, risk-based draw reviews, and early identification of emerging cost, schedule, and scope risks to validate progress against funding requests and protect capital providers throughout project execution.

We assess commissioning progress and readiness for energization and turnover through independent reviews to reduce transition risk and ensure systems are prepared to operate as designed.

We manage interfaces across utilities, OFCI vendors, EPC/CM teams, and commissioning agents – including energization sequencing – to eliminate haps in scope and coordination during the transition from construction to operations.
