Ankura enhances e-Discovery capabilities by adding SaaS solution, RelativityOne, in Germany
Ankura Consulting Group LLC (“Ankura”), a global expert services and advisory firm, is pleased to announce it is expanding the Firm’s global e-Discovery capabilities with the addition of Relativity’s cloud-based e-Discovery solution, RelativityOne, in Germany. With RelativityOne in Germany, Ankura can provide an efficient means of working with its clients’ data by storing it in a single, secure SaaS platform, that spans the full breadth of e-Discovery – from legal hold, all the way through to production, while remaining compliant with local privacy and security regimes.
This new e-Discovery offering complements the Firm’s existing services in Germany, allowing the adaption to particular market sector issues and development of a suite of analytics tools to solve specific regulatory issues. The move to RelativityOne in Germany adds to the platforms and server solutions currently offered in India, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the United States, underscoring Ankura’s expanded global solutions and capabilities.
Ankura’s consultants are poised to use RelativityOne’s features to provide clients with the most innovative solutions to their data needs in a variety of risk environments, including regulatory requests for information, fraud investigations and cybersecurity response work. With the powerful RelativityOne product, Ankura will be able to further leverage its e-Discovery expertise to provide more value and better results for its clients.
RelativityOne holds ISO 27001, SOC-2 Type II, HIPAA, and FedRAMP certifications, and is secure from the ground up with proactive threat intelligence and 24/7 monitoring. Additionally, moving to the cloud gives Ankura the added scalability needed in today’s data-centric society and allows them to build expertise and IP on top of one connected global solution. RelativityOne also gives Ankura’s users the flexibility to pick and choose solutions from the Relativity App Hub that best suits their unique workflows across different stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model—and solve data challenges outside of e-Discovery.
“The expansion of our existing global RelativityOne offering to Germany is an important step for our clients, enabling GDPR-compliant hosting of their sensitive data and demonstrating our continued investment in the EMEA & APAC region and our close collaboration with Relativity.” said Paul Walker, Senior Managing Director in Ankura’s Data & Technology practice.
“Leveraging RelativityOne and the advanced AI and analytics capabilities, enhances our ability to develop scalable and customized solutions for our clients across a wide range of sectors to make their e-Discovery as efficient as possible,” said Harald Hertel, Managing Director in Ankura’s Data & Technology practice in Frankfurt.
“We’re thrilled that Ankura has made the move to the cloud with RelativityOne in Germany. This transition reinforces how the global advisory sector continues to see demand from its clients to offer a cloud e-Discovery solution,” said James Zinn, Director of Commercial Partnerships at Relativity. “Ankura has been a dedicated Relativity partner since 2009 and I look forward to seeing how RelativityOne’s AI and analytics capabilities help Ankura solve their clients’ e-Discovery and investigation challenges.”
