Ankura Disputes & Economics Further Strengthens Its London Team

The Ankura Disputes & Economics practice in London has further strengthened its team with three experienced hires. This follows on from Richard Indge’s appointment as Head of Disputes & Economics for EMEA and APAC in March 2022.

Recent Appointments – London

Adrian Martin has joined the team as Managing Director. Adrian is an experienced quantum and valuation expert witness in arbitration and litigation, advising on loss of profits and/or loss of value, in a wide range of dispute resolution forums including arbitrations under ICSID, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, SAC and JCAA rules, as well as matters in the UK High Court, UK Court of Appeal, and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. He has 15 years of experience which spans financial services and banking, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, IT, electronics, and energy.

Rob Outram has joined the team as Senior Director. Rob is a forensic accountant specializing in the quantification of damages in commercial disputes. He has over ten years of experience, primarily in expert witness work in litigation and international arbitration – including in the LCIA, ICC, ICSID, SIAC, HKIAC, UNCITRAL, UK High Court, Upper Tax Tribunal, Grand Court of Cayman, and Singapore High Court. Rob’s engagements most commonly include the valuation of businesses, shares, and intellectual property in connection with investment treaty arbitration, M&A disputes, and shareholder disputes.

Torie Hamilton Wilson has joined as a Director. Torie is a forensic accountant with more than six years of experience in APAC and the UK, working on complex commercial disputes, international arbitrations, and investigations. She has a broad range of experience, having worked in-house at a financial institution and within other global consulting firms.

James Caulfield has also joined as Business Development Director.
