Corporate Trust Services
Responsibly managing complex corporate trusts
Corporate trusts are essential entities to facilitate investment and drive global growth. The creation of a corporate trust offers a structure that is thought to be neutral in terms of managing the assets involved by engaging an independent trust institution as a trustee or agent that is conflict-free. This allows for corporations and other entities to raise finance through the issuance of debt securities or entering into credit arrangements, ensuring that investors have a sophisticated, experienced, and engaged point of contact throughout the life of the debt structure.
Ankura Trust Company, LLC, a New Hampshire state-chartered trust company, provides independent, conflict-free indenture trustee, loan administrative agent, escrow agent, creditor representative, and other trustee services.
