Global Investment Bank

Reviewing 1200 Valuation & Appraisal Reports Annually

Ankura oversees and manages the valuation process for several firms including a global investment bank. As part of this process Ankura procures and reviews third-party valuation/appraisal reports on behalf of the bank and acts as a liaison between the appraiser & the bank. Recent assignments include a $7 Billion industrial portfolio and several trophy hotels with values in excess of $1 Billion. On average Ankura reviews over 1,200 reports yearly.
