Ankura led the M&A integration of a global aviation services company across 14 major workstreams, ensuring cultural integration and accelerating to operational steady-state and synergy realization. Helping the company acquire its largest competitor, Ankura executed flawless transaction close, managing the transaction fund transfer, tightly coordinating global communications, and orchestrating new employee events. During the engagement, Ankura completed the rebrand of 102 locations on day 1, set up an IMO, developed a 5-year strategic roadmap, and implemented PMO governance to ensure momentum on prioritized projects. As a result, the company achieved an operational steady state in half the originally estimated time.
