Delivering Global Service and Function Integration
Ankura led a global shared services transformation across 11 previously independent business units and provided support with overall program, communications/change management activities and stakeholder management; identification and documentation present-day HR processes; development and testing new HR processes; designed and deployed a ServiceNow configuration that supported future HR processes, Workday and other platforms; and recruiting team members to continue improvements post transformation. Altogether, Ankura combined and refined over 60 global HR processes, adding business unit-specific nuances, where appropriate.
